Stress is an immense important factor.
For myself I am quite sure that the breaking through of my psoriasis was caused by an extremely stressfull period in my life.

It is therefore that I try to relax by means of physical exercise and riding my motorcycle. And I must confess that that helps a lot.

Oops forgot my 4 week update, I've now completed 5 weeks.

I can say now that once I run out of this product I won't get anymore unless my skin returns to constant burning and bright red boarding on being  erythrodermic.

In the last week I have changed my tactics. I have a spray and a cream. I found the cream very sticky and causing more itching clearly made worse by all the humid weather. So I went back to mixing savalon with epaderm moisture cream about 15mins after applying spray, this has helped calm my arms down.

I haven't seen the results I was hoping for, I know things happen at different paces with different people but I was hoping to see at least some smaller or newer areas of psoriasis clear by now.

Also I haven't treated my back with this stuff and husband says it just looks like the rest of my psoriasis!!

A quick list of pros cons and other bits!

Pro's

I like the spray very much and it has really helped cool my skin down,
I have seen some improvement but no clear areas.
I have a small spray bottle which is easy to pop in hand bag and applying the stuff is quick and absorbs quick too.
It doesn't stink like most topical treatments.
It's safe to use while pregnant
No SLS or nasty chemicals, a natural product.

Con's
For me being as covered as I am the cost was high
I didn't do well with the cream suggested as it made me feel sticky
The spray alone isn't moisturising enough which is more obvious with larger areas covered with psoriasis.

other bits!
Being pregnant I have no clue as to how my body is changing so it does ask the question would I have seen better or worse results?
I also purchased the shampoo and body wash, which I really do like and again smell lovely.
I would recommend the product but think it may suit people with deep pockets or suffer with mild/moderate psoriasis.
I don't regret the money I have spent on the product and feel it was worth trying it out.

The product is Salcura (some of you may already know it) they have a website so if you want you can look it up.
You can also buy it through amazon.

Any Q's please ask, I wish I had done a photo diary to show the difference.

I'm still using up the last of my spray, and also using epaderm and savalon cream!

My arms are getting paler but my stomache/bump is absolutely horrible Confused I think that instead of stretch marks I'm getting psoriasis instead.....the whole cut turning to psoriasis affect!!!

My lower legs are inbetween the state of my arms and stomache....flakey as heck but not as red and sore looking.....unless I scratch loads Thumbsdown

My younger sister is also now using the spray, she has said she finds really soothing and interestingly she noticed on normal skin you don't feel the cold tingling sensation you get on psoriasis!

I've made an appointment to see my GP on Wednesday as I asked for some savalon type cream and they want to see me first so it'll be interesting to see what they think!

I just really hope that soon after I have had baby it all calms down and that my baby never has to deal with this condition (4weeks till I'm due now)

So I saw a GP today, wish they bothered to read my notes, it saves me explaining time after time the list of lotions and potions that don't work or I react to!

I went to ask for something like savalon as I now get free prescriptions it makes sense, the answer was no and regarding the GP chocolate teapot comes to mind!Angry

So I just told him to get me an appointment with the dermatologist by the time it comes through I would of had baby and then can discuss where next to go with my skin!

Also going back to salcura, my sister has mild psoriasis and is seeing positive results using it, her psoriasis is a small patch on knee and a few small spots up her arms!
