Fred, you have helped people since Psoriasis Club's inception, given your time and passion to this project, consistently researched the lates news, and kept the health boards current and relevant.  Congratulations on this milestone!

In desperation and suffering raw patches, crusty patches, itching, and pain, I searched for information on how to help myself and found this AMAZING forum in August 2021.  I learned how to get proper care, how to manage my skin, what to watch for in arthritis, and met some wise and witty folk from other countries than my own.

Thank you, Fred and Friends.

You are welcome FW and I'll reply with a big thank you from me, like you said you joined us in August 2021 and soon proved it is easy for a new member to jump on in and become part of this great group of people.

I think also I owe you an "Old Fashioned" for your past efforts in the members only section. Wink

What really makes it amazing is that it's difficult to find forums like this anymore.

I remember in the past being part of a horse forum, big dog forum, etc and those have all gone poof as message boards are harder to find. It's mostly blogs, youtube, social media sites, and such so even though we're small.....

We're mighty!!!!! Tongue

Yes we are Kat and becoming more unique as time goes by. My personal opinion is it's because people want to make money from their forums/websites.

I'm not a member of many forums myself, but hose that I do know of have sponsors, ads, or ask for donations  Also a lot of forums have died because of the big social media sites, we can't compete with places like FB or exTwit so it's difficult for people to find us.

But those that do find us these days tend to be the sort of people we want to attract, they want a place just like what we have created.

It's been a long time since I even visited another forum and as I recall even a few years back the ads were taking them over. Plus most of them were full of trolls. I just quit even checking any out although I don't ever run across any either. Mostly blogs where there are comment sections or something of that nature and based on the comments it seems to be mostly people who just want to cause trouble.
