Agree again, it is important to be trained and once you get used to it there is no pain. Thumb

Take my advice; I don't use it anyway.

Very true.

When I was a child I was afraid of shots (had a bad experience at about age 8)

Now that I'm older (as in OLDER) and a human pin cushion at times Confused , I don't mind them. However, the idea of giving myself an injection was intimidating. I have only used the injector pens but was surprised at how easy they were. There was only one that "hurt" if you even want to call it that and that I dreaded. (Taltz)

I am not sure as to why I felt it. I don't exactly remember what I felt, I know it wasn't a stinging sensation but something else. The other ones (Stelara, Consentyx and Skyrizi) I usually felt nothing other than the plastic of the pen against the skin. On occasion their might be a brief "feeling" but no pain or anything. Probably from not letting it warm up long enough. Well Stelara wasn't a pen as I didn't inject myself but went in for a nurse to administer. I do not know why it was set up like that! But I never felt anything other than a tiny pinch of the needle at times.

I am a firm believer that if I can inject myself pretty much anyone can!! (I can be a wimp at times)

Yes the first time it just doesn't feel right, but once you have done a few it is just a simple process.
