My knowledge is rudimentary, Caroline. Psoriasis is related to abnormally functioning t cells, so in that sense it is auto-immunity. Other than that it is extremely complicated and poorly understood. I put far more weight into monitoring my disease by what I see and feel, and by my blood tests. They are the most accurate indicators I have.

Cheers

That is not what doc. V. Loon says.. he says it’s mitochondrial, which still can mean that T-cells do not function correctly, I don’t know. We should have a dive in the ideas of dr. Schweckendieck. As for some reason he started to investigate fumarates in relation to the citric acid cycle.

We are talking about what psoriasis now exactly is. And the discussion if the cause of psoriasis causes:
1. Psoriasis
2. Psoriatic Arthritis
3. Fundamental fatigue.

What is psoriasis
1. A skin disease
2. An auto immune disease
3. A mitochondrial disease

Yes but the thread is about "Tremfya" and that is what people will find in their search, they want to read about Tremfya and fatigue as the title says.

If you want to talk about psoriasis or the way you deal with it you know you are welcome to start a new thread, but this thread is about Tremfya.

I'm going to close this thread as I feel it's not helping our readers or our search results, I'm working hard every day to keep us in search results and as much as I hate Google I have to try and keep them happy if we want more people to find us.

You and all our members are welcome to start another thread if you wish, and as you all know our members are welcome to talk to me if you feel I've gone too far.
