I'm almost sure that stress triggered my PSA.
But flare ups, or more the up and downs, seem mostly related to the weather.

I know I am posting in very old threads partially because they are awesome and maybe someone new will see it.
I think my trigger was having cancer and early menopause the more I think about it. I have pustular psoriasis on my feet and ankles. Any tight or too loose shoes and heavy socks/slippers. My feet start burning up.

I enjoy seeing these topics come back up honestly. It's still good helpful information even for us "old timers" here. Smile
