To be honest, non of the IL23s seem to work for the back, at least not for me.

Personally I have the idea that the IL23’s are more related to psoriasis and that the IL17’s and IL17A’s are more related to Psoriatic Arthritis. Considering all the examples over here on psoriasisclub. |
