So I have moderate psoriasis, mostly on my legs but small bits on my arms, back and scalp. Noticed a few months ago I keep getting small spots under my eyes. They don't scale or itch nor really look like psoriasis (though I imagine psoriasis in this area might appear different) and after a day or two they fade and disappear without any creams. But they keep reoccurring ever few days or so. Sometimes it's just one spot other times theres a collection.

Could it be psoriasis or is it something else? I suffer from hayfever and thought it was perhaps due to rubbing my itchy eyes but to rule this out I've been super conscious of not putting my hands near my eyes and I feel that I've stuck to this very well for a while, munless Im doing it in my sleep? Also I've had hayfever for years.. not sure why it would just start happening now...

I also don't always get the best sleep. Would a lack of quality sleep cause something like this perhaps?

Only other thing is perhaps it's sweat after sport and exercise. I will admit I don't always shower immediately after exercise so perhaps its sweat?

(not sure how to post pictures, sorry)

I can only say, from looking at the pic, it could be psoriasis, but when I get it near my eyes it does scale a bit and look like it normally does. I would have thought if it was a sweat rash it might itch or be sore. Do you use anything on your face to wash it, or just water? And do you use a moisturiser - it could be that, or could be you need to.

This is a good question for your doc or dermatologist. Tell them if it’s bothering you, as I find even when they can see your rashes, lumps and bumps, they don’t know how much of a problem it is to you unless you spell it out.

It looks as if Fred has sorted your picture for you  Thumb

It's difficult to tell from the picture if it's psoriasis it looks more like a rash like Turnedlight thought  I would think it's likely to be a sweat rash as we have had some warm weather and might cause it ...just keep an eye on it in case it spreads or the spots get bigger ...then get in touch with your dermatologist and get their opinion

For me, when a patch of psoriasis is fading it can turn into dots like that, but I could not be sure it's psoriasis either.
