At least we're still young enough to see these changes and to experience them.  Big Grin Much better than the old days Jim.  78

I just stopped Taltz after a year on it,  It cleared my psoriasis fast, but within 6 months, plaques started returning.  FYI, Cosentyz did the same thing for me.  Worked great at start.  Full clearance, then slowly but surely, they came back.

My Dr. is looking at Otezla.  i have tried almost everything else out there.  Remicade, Humira, Enbrel, Topicals, PUVA light treatment.  So far nothing has been able to last.

Sounds like what's happening with me, nothing lasts more than a year.. just about to try Taltz next.

You don't mention Stelara. If you haven't tried that, it may be worth a try as it has different targets to the TNF's and IL17

I did Stelara too.

Hoping for insurance approval of Otezla.  I have the starter pack, ready for the go signal from Blue Cross.

Winter is the worst.

Good luck with Otezla. Don't forget you're welcome to start a new thread in Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis about your journey, it's a good way of keeping track and your input could help others.

Kmitchell has your derm ever tried putting you back on something which has failed? I was wondering if a drug can work again after a break or once your body has got used to it, does it never work again?
