I was just talking to my Derm gal, and when I said DMF, and then googled it, she thought maybe it was a Europe thing.  So, its not an option for me.  I guess.  Acitretan, is out for me as well.  (changed my eyes prescription, and did some other things, I couldn't be okay with.  I dont' remember, maybe I stated it in a thread on this forum.

DMF is available in the US, Arfstom, but only in the very expensive incarnation of Tecfidera for MS patients.
It is a bit sad, that this medication that is already available for around 50 years over here in EU, still is unknown in the US. That is almost unimaginable. There is so much medical and scientific research information available about the benifits of this substance.
