Thanks Bill that's interesting and seems to show if I read it correctly

Methotrexate @ 0.02p for 7.5mg

Fumaderm @£2.51 per 120mg tablet

Acetretin @£0.92 per 25mg....

It shows Fumaderm being more expensive  than both Methotrexate and acetretin

My 5 tablets a day keeping psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis at bay costs £4580 per year
Considerably more than your treatment Bill  Thumb

Hopefully the new Skilarence drug will be compatible in price to Acetretin

I am completely at a loss to explain the ineptness that allows such an extortionate price for DMF. It should be less than half the cost of methotrexate. My DMF is less than a sixth the cost of methotrexate.

Doh you just beat me in calling it "greed", jim.
For the US version for MS, that is certainly true. They deliberately priced it according to other MS medication.

That sort of markup certainly looks greedy, but a body like the NHS is there to serve the public interest. I maintain that DMF requires no pharmaceutical processing and believe it only makes the drug less effective.
