just thought I would join up to see how many people are going through the same PsA as me. I have been told back in 2007 that this is what I have. I had been on humira for 6 years which was great for me but sadly it stopped working for me so now I am to start cosentyx. Anybody tried this drug?

Hello Gabbyk   to Psoriasis Club.

We have a lot of members with psoriatic arthritis. I have had it very bad and for a while was unable to dress myself or lift a cup, however once I went onto the Bio's my life changed.

Yes I'm on Cosentyx and have been about 6 months now. You can read my progress here Cosentyx for psoriatic arthritis Fred's journey if you want.

But it's the best thing I have had for psoriatic arthritis so hopefully it will be the same for you.

Feel free to start a thread on Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis to monitor your progress and share with others if you wish.

Hi Gabby and a warm    from Norfolk, I was recently diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis, but I'm presently unwilling to give up the psoriasis drug I'm on, as the arthritis is kind of being held back by my medication....

It's devastating when a drug stops being effective but  I hope the Cosentyx will work well for you, it has certainly made a lot of our members happy and eased their arthritis ...and cleared their psoriasis.

You will find us a friendly group happy to share the ups and downs of having this disease, happy to learn from each other what works and what doesn't, and as Fred says we have an active off topic section that all are made welcome in.
