PsAscore

There's also a link to it at the bottom of the Pscore page.

You have to remember we are all different. I have almost Zero psoriatic arthritis now (I leave my score at 1 because I can get a little twinge now and then) but it's hardly noticeable, so hopefully you will get relief soon.

Hi Fred!

I have a 36. Thanks for posting the test for me. I must have PsA of the brain   Confused (hopefully that's not considered a joint and I haven't offended anyone).

Painfully... onward.

The only thing that works for systemic pain is NSAIDs. And unfortunately, they don't help with tendon pain. The best choice is physical therapy. Opids may help with permanent joint damage, but I don't recommend using them. The pain becomes the new normal for most of us.

On another note, I found that the IL-17s work well for the back and not so much for anything else. And yes, it takes 8 to 12 weeks to kick in.

It may also be worth trying to ask for Celebrex. It's a new version of NSAIDS that I found works better for PsA. But they do cost more and have more risks than a typical NSAID.

I am afraid to mask the trajectory of cosentyx with celebrex. Theres a pool in my neighborhood, I could walk around in the water... I cant do PT right now, I am too severe, its the same as last year. They said to wait.

Sadly, physical therapy is expensive- my insurance wants me to pay the first $6000.00. The only reason why I'm not doing it atm.

That is insane! I get 10 visits but to the tune of $500. Then it's out of pocket. The pool membership is $150 a YEAR with full insurance reimbursement if I go twice a week.
