Recently I started using ketogenic diet (high fat, low carb and moderate protein) and am seeing amazing improvement with my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

Hi Yoho and I'm glad to see you posting it's a bit late for a Welcome  Welcome as you have been a member for a year but it's nice to meet you.

I'm glad the ketogenic diet is having such a positive effect on your psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I hope it continues for you and wondered what a typical days meals was for you ?
I hope you will keep us updated on your progress, I look forward to hearing more  Thumb

Jim

I am pleased to read of your success, Yoho. Why dont you document it? You dont seem to be taking a well trodden path, so recording your experience is of great value to yourself and others. In hindsight I would have recorded things in far greater detail. Even trivial observations can assume considerable importance in light of your future experience. Anyway, think about it and good luck with your journey.
