Stubborn psoriasis on ear..

I've got a really stubborn bit of psoriasis on my ear.  It's not inside the ear but on the little nobbly bit at the entrance of the ear right above where you'd get your ear pierced. 

Nothing seems to work in removing it. Even the brilliant Enstilar foam doesn't seem to be having much of an affect on it. Yes I know steroid creams shouldn't be used on the face but it was just a test for 2-3 days and I've stopped now. 

Any recommendations? Thanks

My psoriasis started on my outer ear and I still get small patches. I've found that moisturizing with coconut oil or lotion does help, but short term. I had a topical from the doctor early on, but for me it didn't help any more than moisturizing, it helped for a small time as well but I wasn't crazy about applying it numerous times per day. At least when using a moisturizer it's less flaky and itchy due to not being so dry. I keep a rough patch of psoriasis behind one ear and manage it by moisturizing. Sorry to say I don't think it will go away unless I want to do another round of oral medicine (although the dermatologist did say to expose my ears to sunlight often, which is perhaps another option) but as long as this is all I have to deal with, I'll stick with moisturizing.

I can't get rid of mine for any length of time and funny enough it's the area that actually got worse when I started with the Stelara, I get in and around my ears. I use Doverbet ointment which works and I have also used Enstilar behind the ears which works for a short time but lots of moisturiser helps as well . I have found no real "cure" and everything I use only lasts short term, I find it very strange that it got worse when I started with the Stelara .

I haven't tried that, but I could see how it could help. I'll have to give it a try.

I get it in my ear...like I mean right in there. Kinda feels like have sand in your ear and I have developed an awful habit of now sticking my finger in my ear and clearing it out 

When I use my scalp shampoo, Capasal therapeutic shampoo (it has coconut oil and coal tar) I rub some into the ears and leave sit. Just like the scalp I cannot tell you it works wonders for me as it is only very temporary mild relief but it is better than the days I don't use it.
