Thank you for that Matari, I know there are different types but wasn't sure how to distinguish it.

@Toodlesoodles even a small amount pf psoriasis can effect a persons life, and I bet most of us on here started off with just a little bit. Some are lucky and stay that way, but for others it can turn very bad.

If you only have a small amount ask to try another cream. Some can work very well, and it could be that you just need a change of creams. But they will eventually move you onto light or oral if it gets bad, so do keep taking the dermatology appointments and tell them it's effecting your quality of life.

Just got back from the dermatologist.  She said the spots are folliculitis and has given me eczemal cream to use as a wash when I shower/bath.

Also been prescribed Enstilar foam for the psoriasis which I will have to wait until tomorrow to pick up as it's new and not everywhere stocks it. Heard really good things about it so looking forward to seeing what it can do for me. I realise it's a strong steroid though and shouldn't be used long term so I'm gonna try it for 3—4 weeks and see where I'm at.

That's good, you should be able to clear that up.

Yes we have good reviews about Enstilar from some of our members. So good luck with it.
