Description:
The intention is to commission a comprehensive, effective, evidence based and fully integrated dermatology outpatient service which will provide high quality patient care. A new service specification is being designed, informed by current evidence, local clinicians and patients. This survey will help inform the development of the service specification.
Dates:
From 5 Dec 2011 at 11:00 to 23 Dec 2011 at 17:00. The results will be published by 30 Jan 2012.
Locations Covered:
Buckingham area, Greater Aylesbury area, Princes Risborough area, High Wycombe area, Chesham area, Amersham and Chalfonts area, Beaconsfield area, Southern Buckinghamshire
