I had greater efficacy from 600 mg taken as a single dose every other day than I did from 360 mg taken twice daily. By this method you may be able to control your P and keep at a safe lymphocyte count. I would caution you that the approach is experimental and untested, although it has worked a treat for me and has given excellent control of my psa as well. There are many other safe and proven therapies. We are spoiled for choice these days thankfully.

Good luck.

Additional to this experimental approach of Bill, also my doctor in the Netherlands has found in his research and through his knowledge of the human body that the intermittent use of medication is often better and that this certainly holds for DMF. This supports Bills experiments.

Hi jim
they took me of fumaderm as tried lower dose  but it didn't come work.
I'm now on otezla or apremilast which ain't the best if im honest
go back in 6 weeks see what they say. I've been getting tension headaches  with this drug that's all and it's just two tabs a day.
So will give it a chance but not that good as yet been on them a 8 weeks maybe

That's a shame but probably a sensible move, otezla has had mixed reviews but the side effects will hopefully subside and the drug will go on to clear you....if that doesn't work you could ask to go on one of the injection bios like Humira or Stelara, there are many on here leading a good life on both of those drugs

I don't know much about otezla as its still relatively new

Thanks for your reply , hope to read more of how otezla is working or not for you
Jim
