Two emails have been sent to you and the system is showing that they have been accepted.
I suggest you check your Spam/Junk/Trash/Etc folders to see if they are there.
Failing that you will need to contact your Email host and ask them to look into it for you, or try a web search to find a solution relevant to the Email host that you use.
But I can confirm that there is not a problem with our website and they have been sent from here and marked as received at your end.
