I think it's because my rheumatologist is not very good...... Confused

He doesn't have a good reputation at all but is the only one on the Quebec side in my region.  I may have to cross the river to Ontario and pay for each visit.

Better than a 2h00....make that 3h00 with traffic to go to Montreal

You mean in the sense of treating Psoriatic Arthritis ... cause they are reasonably good in the treatment of rheum.

I have found them useless at psoriatic arthritis, and if you ask Mrs Fred her thoughts about of them and osteoarthritis she will tell you the same.

I only visited mine three times but she could not offer anything but methotrexate and wouldn't listen when I told her I would not go back to it . We agreed to differ and asked why I should get a bio when I hadn't been through other treatments. I discharged myself

Indeed. Senseless... it is the guidelines that prescribe that. And the guidelines are used as “Laws” instead of guidelines. They don’t really look at the health of the patient, they follow the guidelines, as they have been thought at school. I would like them to think for themselves.

Would they be able to do it via video call? My derm has given me the option of phone calls (but if I need to see her I can) and I could also send her photos etc to give her a picture of how my skin is. They don’t tend to actually touch my skin so I can imagine a video call being a useful appointment.

*sorry just noted you said rheumy not derm..
