I am an active non-smoker. I will never stand close to anyone who is smoking and step away when a cigarette is lighted. Sorry for that, but it really is my choice to not smoke. I cannot stand the smell.

Still, I have psoriasis (PsA)

Same here, never smoked, parents never smoked, never saw grandparents doing it either, nor any family member uncles or aunts, still I have psoriasis. I don't have anything against people wishing to smoke but it's not for me, being in a smoky environment makes me feel ill.
Weird study!

I have to admit after years of going in smoke filled pubs and restaurants and passive smoking  ( that's what we all did ) it is nice to go out at night have a few drinks or a good meal and not have to breathe the smoke in

It's just difficult to get in or out of pubs as the smokers all congregate just outside the doors having nipped out for a smoke .

It's nice to get home and not having the smell of smoke through your clothes .... Having said that I've gone off topic  off topic  Blush  so I will add that it never made a scrap of difference as far as psoriasis goes

I am not sure if giving up smoking made any difference but I am fairly sure (maybe) that when I had the snip my P got worse .
