Welcome beezie to the site , we all have P and or PsA so we know what you are going through and the amount of information that is in one place on the subject is probably more than the so called experts have.
Have a good trawl round and join in with the other inmates , it's really good site and Fred does a sterling job of running it and coupled with all the other nutters I would think that you will fit OK. Most of the inmates are a little stir crazy ,I say most because some of us try to be a bit serious , as I said welcome and all the best, don't forget that if you want to know anything about P then someone on here will know the answer just ask

Hello and welcome. I don't know what is worse, the disease or the fight to get proper medication.

Heart Thank you everyone for your kind welcomes! Heart

My husband went into the hospital (Stress, what stress?) so I haven't been able to post much but I hope to read up and get to posting as soon as possible. So far, I really like this forum. It's become so hard to find well moderated sites, if moderated at all. I was at a site, before I found this one, that kept having threads spiral into troll-fests and the good people would leave.

My flare up is dying down. I'm not sure if anything I did actually worked. It was probably just due to time passing, since it's Guttate. I'm just grateful the super-crazy-itching has ceased. Now I'm learning the joys of suspecting every red spot that shows up and fearing every normal itch.   Wink

Take care everyone!
-Beezie

Hi Beezie,

I see you walking around on the forum. Smile

Maybe all the good ones came over here. Who knows. Tongue
Anyway, this is a nice site. If you have trouble with anyone, just signal Fred or one of the forum helpers. But I don't expect that, everyone is plain nice over here.

Good that your itching is over. I myself do not know Guttate, but I can imagine the drama of constant itching.

Hope your husband does not have serious trouble so he may leave the hospital quickly again.

Cheers,
Caroline.

Hello again Beezie, I'm pleased to hear you are liking Psoriasis Club. I first set it up 5 years ago for the reasons you mentioned above, I have worked very hard along with some great people and still do to keep it friendly, spam, and troll free. Like Caroline said if you ever get any trouble from another member of Psoriasis Club let me or one of the forum helpers know and we will act immediately. Spamming, trolling, and bullying is not allowed here and I will not hesitate to throw anyone out who thinks it is acceptable.  NoNo

Good to hear the itching has eased and the flare up is dying down, regards to you and your husband.

Fred.

Hi Beezie it's good to see you back, sorry to hear your husbands in hospital, I hope he gets better soon.
It's also good to hear your psoriasis is calming down and the itching is subsiding

I joined this forum some time ago for the same reasons as you, it was refreshing to find a place so well run and friendly, I soon learnt that Fred doesn't take prisoners where spam is concerned.
I hope you enjoy the company here and I'm enjoying following your posts. Thumb

Yeap Beezie this is a safe forum no looky loos here or bullies! Fred and a the forum team helpers work very hard too keep this sight free of snake salesmen. Even if a few boo boos set pics in wrong spaces. I wonder who that was? ME.. they fixed up my posts & pics quickly and it was messy!

There is a lot of great info posted very helpful, practically everything but the kitchen sink is covered .

Hope your husband is home soon. Glad to hear your P. Is winding down... Mine on the other hand is in that really crazy itchy stage. So if I sound a bit nuts every now and then that's why!

Keep us posted.... Welcome  back
