Hi,

Make sure you have plenty of food and fluid with your tablets, and avoid foods which give indigestion as I've found that these make the side effects worse. As for when you see results, it varies. I went from 30 to 40% covered to around 12% within about three months. Since then (a bit over 2 years) I have played around with the dosage and am now below 0.5%. The side effects get much better if you can tough it out for the first few months.
