Hi again I have slept and thought of your dilemma and think Caroline is right
It would certainly be prudent to reduce your dose until the side effects subside I would drop to 4 a day and see if there's any improvement. The fact that it's not working so well may be that you are stressed about the side effects . It's just my opinion
I would ring your surgery and ask for a copy of your blood results and in particular kidney function, liver function and lymphocytes . Think if you are doing anything different. Have you had an infection?
Have you been on antibiotics
There must be a reason somewhere
Staying positive is a big tool in the fight against this disease
