That seems to be a risk of PsA anyway. The so called co-morbidity.
It was mentioned somewhere in one of the publications you have referred to.

Yes I remember posting it somewhere, but I enjoy finding fault with methotrexate anyway.  Wink

The folic lowers it anyway Fred.

So methotrexate puts it up and folic brings it down, why don't I just take the folic in that case  Huh

Had second methotrexate shot today, bloods are ok, I've not experienced any side effect that I could 100% say where down to the methotrexate but I'm still feeling rubbish. I did think on Saturday there was a glimmer of hope as I felt slightly better, but it didn't last and I'm still much the same.

Psoriasis Score is still exactly the same at 9, but Psoriatic Arthritis Score has gone up 1 to 24. And I'm still feeling shit and miserable.

Nothing else to say really, positives are still hard to find but I'm still working hard at it.

How long before the methotrexate usually starts helping? Hope this all kicks in soon and you start seeing some improvement.

That's odd I thought I had answered you Kat, I must have pushed the wrong button.

I don't know how long it usually takes to get going, but to be honest in some ways I'm hoping it never does.  Wink

Of course you must improve before you perhaps can take a next step.
So i just hope that the MTX works for you despite I disgust the stuff.

Not sure if it's related yet or not, but I seem to remember last week saying to Mrs Fred I felt like I was coming down with a cold or something, I can't remember it exactly as I've been asleep since then but it wasn't bad and did seem to pass.

So I'm going to keep some notes here as today (Tuesday one day after methrotrexate shot) I have a bad headache, I'm feeling a bit nauseous, very tired and off my food a little.
