I've just voted.

Since I got this horribl leprosy thing in 1990,  the longest I've ever been clear was a few weeks after having imixiflab back in october.

So, I voted on the last one at the bottom.  

It's making interesting reading. From 31 votes 20 have not got past one year, that is not good and more needs to be done.

Also as time goes on we have a few more on successful treatments for longer I was 3 years I'm now nearly 5 years

Since a Child UVB and occlusion with various oils and topical steroids along with coal tar salcilyic acid moisturize moisturize.... Some times I have it so bad on hands and feet the splits make it difficult to walk.
With time and the above treatments I have been able to manage P. The whole idea is to catch it right away.
However, for psoriatic arthritis I take apremilast which seems to stop the pain and progression of the disease.
It's hard to tell if it's helping sometimes. I have many other issues with my fingers & hands . Also I use a water softener using salt to soften the water and many filters to clean the water . I have noticed a great deal of improvement just from using filtered soft water and a UV filter light to kill germs, microbes in water.

I have never had anything that did more than helped. It was always worse in some areas etc. However MTX is as near as damn it got me clear but has not been a year so I can't respond.
