You say you have increased your dose of acetretin and still see no difference. I would read as much as you can here about alternatives you now have enough posts to read the journals which are quite helpful in seeing how my treatment is performing

Summer is my favourite , love love love , but the bracing wind stops me feeling down - and the dawgys love a good run , wind rain or shine .... they are now my babies as this lot (the human babies) have turned in to potty mouthed ratbags - (although I do love em all ) They do my swede in!! xx lol
