Worried about Fumaderm

With us in the Netherlands the reference values of lymphocytes are between 0.8 and 3.5
Below 0.8 is not good, but e.g. 0.5 will still cause no problem.
If you reach 0.2 you really must stop taking the Fumaderm.
MTX is even worse, a pity that you have been using it, because it also has a bad influence on the lympho count.

Thanks William I knew their was a member in the US on fumaderm and I found your earlier posts last night, several US members have enquired about Fumaderm and I could not remember who said they were on it.... Is it possible you could post a little on the procedure to enable others over there to try to get the Fumaderm tablets to America

Thanks William I knew their was a member in the US on fumaderm and I found your earlier posts last night, several US members have enquired about Fumaderm and I could not remember who said they were on it.... Is it possible you could post a little on the procedure to enable others over there to try to get the Fumaderm tablets to America

The FDA, which oversees all imports into USA frowns on advertising so I have to be careful. Fumaderm has not been approved by the FDA. Importing is possible, but first, you need a Doctor in the USA that becomes informed on Fumaderm and will prescribe it for you as well as maintain a vigil over your prognosis and blood platelet count during medication. Next, you will need a Pharmaceutical supplier in Germany that exports. A disclosure goes into each package explaining to the Customs/FDA inspectors your reason for importation, names of supplier, manufacturer, Doctor's name and practicing address for contact by FDA. The shipment goes directly to the Doctor's office. There are no guarantees that this will work, totally at the discretion of the FDA Inspector, shipments allowed on a compassion basis. Remember, prior to shipment, you have already paid for the medication so if it does not pass through Customs, you lose the medication. This is the risk you take. Until there is a clinical trial, this is the only way to obtain Fumaderm in the USA. Up to now, the biologics have received all the attention for trials.

Maybe you should pretend to be an inventor wanting to import some dmf to trial a new tile glue formulation. That way you medication would cost you less than $10 per year William.

That is a good suggestion Bill. DMF is well know for its stickiness, could easily be used in the bathroom for the tiles, I agree totally with you.. . Chance that FDA buys it must be close to 99%.

Perhaps you can patent this approach? We will support you.

Well Caroline, I tried to get permission to import DMF as a biocide to help preserve some old books as it can be used for such a purpose. But the regulations here make provision only in relation to the sale of new products. So were I to import running shoes to market I could legally import DMF as a mold suppressant.

I will keep my eyes peeled for some cheap lab equipment; Far less hassle.
