Ooooh Glenda don't get me started about the greed of the big pharma companies.....
We all know they have to make a profit and some for research and development... But their charges for drugs is astronomical,
It really shouldn't come down to money when it comes to people's health, but unfortunately it does, and we have to live with it. What a shame, but it's the world we live in

I absolutely agree with you i know research is very costly. But the should care about us.Money is the root of all evil.I will get my treatment and the drug company has helped me with a debit card $8000 towards my co-pays.I pay $188 a month for health care and then put out $5000 a year for out of pocket and co-pats.Right now i have met all of the $5000 once Jan comes i start all over. Most people don't want to get old i can't wait till i get to be 65yrs in the USA we get Medicare but I;ll have to get a supplement cause Medicare only pays 80% .Am i funny or what?Just go with the flow!!!!Dance

Hi Glenda
That's awful how can they sleep at nights, so haven't you got any treatment in place at the moment. Have they said when you are likely to start or are you just guessing it will be soon. What is wrong with healthcare when they treat psoriasis as if it were an annoyance like the common cold. Instead of the chronic disease that it is...... Have you applied all the pressure you can to get it quicker.... I feel there must be something that can give you some relief
I still have my fingers crossed for you and hope for the suffering to be ended soon
Jim
Sorry I have to go now as it is 2am and I have to work in the morning .......see you soon

Oh Glenda what a bloody shame, what are these people doing to you, I'm so sorry that Heath insurance companies can mess you about so much it's months you have been waiting and all the time your joints will be getting worse, is there no pressure that can be put on them. Can't they see that the longer they put off giving you treatment the worse this chronic condition will get.

Is there any hope of a resolution soon, do you hassle them Glenda, do you make a nuisance of yourself ........ Tell them that you must have something .... I'm lost for words and extremely disappointed in your healthcare system. I thought ours was bad but we never have to beg for treatment, it seems as if you have got a raw deal
Please come here any time even if just to chat and take your mind off the pain a little
We have a chatting thread now in off topic it's the top thread there you can go there anytime and if anyone's online they will chat about anything
I know it must be tiring being in constant pain but there's always a sympathetic ear here to talk to or even to rant at
Good luck and fingers crossed for you
Jim
