A big to the forum, you've come to the right place to talk with people with psoriasis in common, this is a small but active site with loads of information on the condition and what people have done to try to control it
We share what knowledge we have with each other in the hope it may help others, you will find that we are all very supportive of each other and very welcoming, so enjoy your time here
You say you have suffered for 25years .... What sort of treatments have you had ? Are you bad at the moment

I have been clear myself for the last two years thanks to my treatment (Fumaderm) and I am always happy to talk about any of my treatments

If you dare at some point venture into the off topic section where members talk about everything apart from psoriasis

Hello Mark to Psoriasis Club.

You will find a good mix of friendly people here who understand, we have members from all around the world and a wide range of treatments are being used.

Just dive on in, and if you want to escape from psoriasis for a while we have some members only boards. I'm often found in the [Group Specific] board, you wont miss me (I'm the only sensible one in there)

Any problems finding your way around just shout out someone will soon help you settle in.

Welcome to psoriasis club.
Find your way into the forum, in the mean time the information in it is immense. So if you need help finding things, just ask, and there will be someone to answer.
I will not say anything about the off topic section, but if you have chickens, take care....

Mark I have just been reading your bio and I see you have been through most of the standard treatments uv light, potions and lotions, most of them only give short term relief
You say you are going to see a dermatologist soon ....... Read up on my treatment it changed my life for the better
Fumaderm and hormone injections this series of posts tell a bit of my story and use of the drug
you will soon be able to read the journals

BTW my nails used to be a problem as well but now I just have one split thumbnail
There are other treatments you can learn about here
I can only speak about what has worked for me
And wish you luck in your quest for relief
