It is a complete lifestyle change until I rid my body of the toxins in my intestines. Giving up just about everything cold turkey is difficult. I challenge anyone to embrace and enjoy everyday without cravings. Sugar is a drug, plain and simple. I'm forging on as I can see the positive result in my skin already.

I like the idea of lifestyle change but unfortunately I like the good life to much. But I admire your resolve, I'm sure if your earlier photos are anything to go by you will have success

Ooooh Kelly it's not that difficult 85 well yes it is on Flickr ( I managed yesterday but what a rigmarole .

And you get free ads on post image.... At least I get them....

It's very easy to do on flickr, I have written it down, I think in the thread that has been removed right now, so if you really want to learn, give me a signal. Big Grin

I was pointed to these ads by a PC Windows user, beforehand I did not see them.
