That's why I always go for the south of France. Lots of sunbathing. Swimming pool, little river, trees, Smile

We cannot live on vitamin D alone.
We are a much too complex species for that. :-)  The earth certainly did not take all those millions of years to create an environment for us in which we can live for nothing. It provides us with what we need.

So lets keep it to healthy food and indeed lots of sun. :-)

Agree 100%

The last couple of holidays I've had have made me feel great.
Sunshine and lots of fresh water in your system really does make a difference to my skin.

Shame we haven't had much of the old sunshine in the UK yet but I keep dodging in and out whenever it's allowed out to play. Big Grin

Thank you Fred,

This FREE TREATMENT doe not fit my father because he has tried.
Next he will see famous TCM doctor, if it's effective, I will buy some Medicine and give to friends here freely.

Thanks for the offer Eastbruce but it wouldn't be a good idea to offer medicine to members of Psoriasis Club as it's strictly against the rules, and will result in your account being deleted.

Hi Eastbruce Welcome to the forum
I don't know what medication you are offering but it is illegal in this country to give or sell prescription drugs, and as Fred says it's strictly against club rules...to offer anything prescription or natural.
It's done for all our safety as it stops spammers from getting on to the site and that has to be an advantage to us all, as you can see the site has no external influences, no pop ups, no links, it's a great safe place to be. I hope we will see more of you as there is a lot more to psoriasis club than just psoriasis topics

That aside, I hope you can enjoy the friendship the club gives and enjoy the company of other psoriasis sufferers from around the world, here we share views and problems and give and offer support ,
We are a small group, but there is a wealth of knowledge of psoriasis that has been gathered and made available to all.....
Jim
