Nice to see you back, you seem to be doing everything right, blood tests regularly will let you know if there's a problem.
Good luck with the Aloe Vera let's hope it gets going soon for you
Come back often Thumb

Nice one Cindy Big Grin I'm awful at eating the right stuff and I like a drink.
I think you will find several of us on here like a glass of wine or beer. Try it if it doesn't make matters worse and it makes you happy, treat it as part of the therapeutic treatment. Big Grin
I know it's not right but I think it's bad enough having psoriasis without giving up the things you enjoy...
I'm sure you will get to a good place with this treatment.
Caroline is right there is a high success rate with it. And it seems to be getting embraced by the NHS.
Little updates like yours will prove helpful to others so I'm glad you are here and contributing

Hi Jim

I am only on week 5 of the Fumaderm. My auntie just called me as she had just read an article about Adalimumab and a lady had suffered for years with Psoriasis and she was now having this injection which cost £300 and was free of it

Well Cindy in my opinion and it is just that an opinion.. I would read up about humira (adalimumab) for some it seems to work well a bit like Fumaderm which also works for most
It would be good if you could give Fumaderm a chance before you change medication.
But please read up about it .... 70
You will get more sensible answers than mine from people who have used it Thumb
I wish you luck whichever way you go
Keep posting Thumb

Great I think it's a good idea. But always wise to be thinking ahead. You will get other replies hopefully from people who have used humira Thumb

Thank you

I've used it but only for a few months, it worked well but I had a reaction to it and ended up looking like a lobster and had to spend a week in hospital. However that doesn't mean it will do the same for you, and there are some people who do very well on it.

Like Jim said if you use the search facility you will find more, and this post has all the information about it: Humira (adalimumab)

Smile
