How to Post an Avatar

Go to your user cp in the green band below the welcome to the club banner on there will be your user cp
Then on the left side of your user cp (control panel) should be a list to edit various bits including change avatar. Not a good explanation but when you get in there it will explain itself Hope that helps  if not shout out someone more sensible than me will probably answer

i am about to hit they hey myself and it is only 7:30pm here in Ontario. i just ate and every time i eat i can't keep my eyes open! very weird. must be eating something i might be allergic to? i don't know.
anyway, i will come back for sure when i have more time to explore the threads. thanks again for your help. Denise
