Hello moflow to Psoriasis Club

Sorry to here you're feeling down, psoriasis has a nasty habit of hitting us hard sometimes and usually for me it's just when I think things are going well.

I know it's not easy but if you can try to have a positive attitude it does help immensely. Have a good look through the forum especially in the Off Topic section I'm sure you will find something to cheer you up a bit.

But one thing for sure. Now you have found us, I'm sure you will find knowing there are others who understand does help.

so sorry it's getting you down. Believe me, you are definitely in the right place for support. We can all empathise with you.

As Fred says, a positive attitude is a great help, but everyone has their limits (I found night times the worst).

Feel free to post some more about yourself, your journey with psoriasis (and if you fancy having a bit of a vent about it then get it off your chest). And check out some of the other members stories too. I think you'll find plenty of common ground.
