I started using baking soda last night on one elbow. I will let you know how i get on and will post before and after pics.

Cheers

Matt

Always a good idea to try one patch Matt, that way you will have something to compare. I've not tried it myself, but the poll above is showing 41 Yes and 27 No.

Good luck, and yes it would be helpful to others if you posted your results. If you don't want to post images on the public board we do have [Group Specific] board for members only.

This seems to be working for me  Smile the white flaky patches are reducing and it seems to be a bit smoother, I think I will continue to make this a part of my daily routine.
One thing I wont continue as part of my daily routine is applying it to other areas affected. Lets just sat that "little matt" wasn't too happy, in fact it stung like a @##@@@.

I tried the Baking Soda, and for about a week I thought I was cured!!! But then my elbows went into full-blown disaster again, and I'm back to square one.
Hey, it was worth a try, and for a bit there my skin did feel pretty nice Smile

I haven't tried it yet, but I was using baking soda for deodorant which works amazingly well, but I started getting inverse P in my armpits so I decided to give baking soda a miss for a while.

Hmmm, I wonder if that's what I have going on too?  I've been making my own deodorant with coconut oil and baking soda for a year or so, I really like it better than the store-bought stuff (maybe tmi but it makes me weirdly stinky, but my home brew doesn't)  Every so often I'll get a weird itchy rash, it goes away after a week or so, so I can then go back to my homemade deo.  I've not been to a derm in quite a long time, so no diagnosis.  Interesting, I may have to make an appointment....
