Hi the nail pitting is part of psoriasis and I don't think related to Acetretins, but I could be wrong
Have you considered phoning the hospital and speaking to the dermatologists secretary tell them of your concerns ask if the dermatologist can phone you back ....explain you are unhappy with the reduced dose and would rather suffer the side effects than be going backwards as you seem to be at the moment
It pays to let them know, or they will assume you are happy ....a phone call will put them straight
Never worry about moaning about your skin as others have said we all do it or have in the past.
