It could be just folliculitis I sometimes get them and don't use any creams. As long as you don't get covered in them you should be fine, the reason I said miss out the creams is because it could help make it look worse for your dermatologist. It may help you get moved onto a better treatment if it looks worse.

Tbh though I am not sure where my treatment will go from here.. Dovobet and Dovobet haven't worked on my more stubborn patches and I know my psoriasis won't be considered anywhere near severe enough for oral medication or even light treatment. I know my psoriasis is nowhere near as bad as a lot people so I feel bad for saying it's affecting my quality of life but it is to some degree. I didn't wear shorts once during the summer even though I'd have loved to.
