Psoriasis disappeared after 16 years!!

I have in past times taken strong measures with diet and exercise. Held against my current treatment, such measures are useless. Were someone with severe untreated illness to follow such advice in lieu of specialist care, he could do himself some serious harm. I am very much a doubting Thomas and hold the view that substantial and ongoing photographic documentation should accompany these claims. Even with this provided I would remain skeptical. I am happy to drown in ratbaggery, especially my own, but of bs I cannot stand even a jot.
