It's hard to compare the il-17s to anything else on the market simple because of the aggressiveness of the loading dose. Are they superior to what currently on the market or is there simply something to the aggressive loading dose?
Another thing to consider is the failure of the maintenance dose. The doctor will be caught in a real pickle then.
