Hello Snowowl to Psoriasis Club.
First off, no one here will pull you up for your grammar or spelling etc. If they do then let me know as I'm rubbish at it myself and will soon have words with the offender.
Nothing wrong with putting it down like a diary. We have some members that keep a journal in the members only section (you can't however read or post there till you have made 10 posts) and it's a good way keeping track of things.
Humira can work very well for some so it's worth a go. As for hurting, I've never found they hurt that much. The injection is only just under the skin and once you are used to it it is a quick simple process. Some however do say the "Pen" type can hurt a bit, but I always use the syringe type so couldn't comment.
Tips for the injections:
#1 Get it out of the fridge for around 20 minutes before doing the shot.
#2 Numbing the area first with ice could help.
#3 Deep breathing.
#4 And if you do go for the syringes, stab it in quick as opposed to pushing it in slowly. (But with the Pen type that won't apply)
Once you have made ten posts you can start your own journal to keep your diary notes if you wish. And you are always welcome to start a thread in Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis if you wish too.
Regards.
Fred.
