Been for dermatology appointment today and I've come away with another prescription for Cosentyx. She assured me that the funding has now gone through and there shouldn't be any problem getting it this time.
I was due to my next Stelara shot on the 22nd but will now wait till the 1st Oct before starting Cosentyx. She did say I could switch on the 29th, but I decided make a fresh start on the 1st of the month.
So if all goes well (not always bound to happen in France ) I should be starting a new thread soon. I will leave this one open in case I can still help answer questions about my journey and I hope my past six years of updates on this and my old Stelara thread Stelara 16 Months On. may have helped.
I'm still a big fan of Stelara as it gave me back my life. I did make a post in this thread giving my 6 year review if it's of interest to anyone, you can find it here: RE: Stelara round two
So thank you Stelara you have been good to me, but it's time to move on as I now need a bit more help with the psoriatic arthritis. Stelara never has been brilliant for psoriatic arthritis but it did help as long as the weather wasn't too damp, but I think all in all I've done well on it for just over 6 years.
I'll make a new thread when I know for certain I have Cosentyx and put a link to it in this thread.
