Indeed it seems the best way to stick with the acetretin for a while, read the posts of the acetretin users and perhaps ask them specifically your questions.
It it does not work, there are other treatments like Stelara but there is also still the systemic DMF.
I myself have personally very much hesitations with methotrexate and cyclosporine, they have the ability to harm your liver and kidneys. There are certainly some who can cope with it, but I'm not among them.
