As Jim said it would make sense that a steroid injection could help since most psoriasis creams have steroids in them. I've had steroid injections, and they didn't affect my psoriasis. Of course there are different types of psoriasis, different types of steroid injections and what works for one doesn't always have an effect on another. But glad it helped you with your psoriasis
