Hi, sorry to hear you are feeling so bad.
I had erythroderma in 2012, (well, that's what I was told, though I don't think I was 90% covered as it says for erythroderma on the Internet) I was shivering and burning up like I had the 'flu. I couldn't sleep for the itching/ burning, and my psoriasis was very hot and red. Here's a picture of my side
After about two weeks I was put on prednisolone (steroid) tablets and it worked almost instantly. After, I went on to methotrexate and I haven't had erythroderma since then. So, don't panic, there are things that the doctors can do if you really need them.
I hope you are sorted out soon, it must be hard with a young baby too..
