From browsing seems the liver plays a roll in Psoriasis. And also obesity (me) + more. My annual blood test at my local doctor always comes back with a highlight that it is in poor shape.
So what is needed to get my liver reading back to 'healthy'?
Wow, AaLF, that is a difficult question.
It must be possible I guess, and I would use the diet for that. Bad for the liver are (unfortunately) alcohol, so dump that, and fatty things, so switch to food with way less fat. Will also do you obesity very good.
But by far the most important thing you will need is character-power...... reducing alcohol, less fat, more exercise is extremely difficult to change to. Advantage of more exercise is that you gradually will feel fitter and if you succeed in at a certain point really go to the gym and exhaust yourself, then you get the bonus of endomorfines also !!
