Ok I've found instructions in English.
Looking at these I'll go with the doctors recommendations I think.

I can't remember if you mentions before how long you had been off the fumaderm but I agree with some caution.
Did you have your blood monitored before starting if not I would get your GP to check them

I think it's  a good idea sticking with the doctors regimen , but I'm glad you are at least back on it again and hopefully you will get back to a controlling dose soon, and get back to a clear skin
