at psoriasisclub.
You will find a nice group of people, with amazing knowledge gathered over here.
It was of course to be expected, that when stopping your meds, you would finally have an outbreak.
How long have you been using Fumaderm ?
Was there a reason to stop with it?
Why can't they prescribe it? I am from Holland and I sometimes don't understand how it works with you, over here any doctor can prescribe it if there has been initially a dermatologist involved.
Have fun on the forum, we are not only here because of our common problems.
Cheers,

When I arranged to get a referral from the GP you now get the option of attending different hospitals due to some having longer waiting lists than others. What they don't tell you though is those with a shorter waiting list don't necessarily have the same medication available to them. That's what happened in this instance, it's just frustrating as I would have obviously just hose to wait longer for my local hospital had I known.
Well that is certainly unfortunate. (In my eyes even awkward) .
So this means you should have to go back to the original hospital I guess. Isn't there a possibility to get an entrance there halfway as you have is history over there already ?
It may be worth a try.
If Fumaderm is doing the thing for you, then you should continue to stay on it. (Later on we can chat more on that subject, as there is more to tell on it.)
Cheers
