That's a good result that you seem to be having and a slow improvement which is good, but if the psoriasis doesn't clear soon don't use too much of the steroid cream as it will seriously thin your skin and make it liable to easily being torn ( I know because the skin on my legs although much improved used to split at the slightest knock....)
Coconut oil is a great moisturiser as long as you get a good quality one , whereas " good old calamine lotion " will tend to dry your skin
I had a look at that SJS Syndrome that looks nasty, and thank goodness not related to psoriasis .
