I'm not 100% clean from P, but I feel much much better. Some spots just don't heal completely, also the curved nail is still the same. The spots where I had p are darker than the rest of the skin.
Yesterday I started going to gym, and because my diet (I don't eat meat) I need proteins. A fried recommended me whey protein.
Do you think that these nutritional supplements can affect me?
Thank you,
Have a nice day!
Hi Michele you started your treatment the 7th April 7 weeks ago if that helps,I found looking back over your thread
It seems as if the methotrexate is working well for you and it will probably take time to completely clear you but for such a short time it sounds good to me
Diet never affects my psoriasis I have always eaten wnat I want without it affecting my skin, but we are all different and some people say diet can help the psoriasis
Have a look at The anti-inflamatory food pyramid. For a list of beneficial foods and foods to avoid, but I don't know about nutritional supplements
Life is good when the psoriasis fades
