Are you taking more painkillers Fred like me or are you putting up with it, all the work you are doing in the garden will not help at all, I cleared one of the cupboards out the other day and I could hardly move next day.

I don't know how you do all the gardening that you do Fred it would kill me off.

Hello Dave, no I don't take anything for the pain (though Merlot does help). Last year I used Tramadol and even some sleeping pills, but I decided enough was enough and I just have to get on with it.

I'm a stubborn old sod and once I put my mind to something I just have to stick with my decision. It doesn't always work and as you know I even had to resort to Poison Methotrexate last year, but that soon got dumped once I remembered how bad it was.

I think you are right about overdoing it, but I still like to push myself hard sometimes if not I will just fester. It does get harder the older I get and I do forget I'm not capable of doing some stuff, but as my Mum still to this day reminds me that I always said "I would never get past 30" I have got this far and now I want to go a bit further.

I will get through it Dave, it's been worse. It's just at the moment it's a bit stronger than me, so I'm going to rest up whilst it's damp and come back fighting harder than before.
